Keep refrigerated at 0–4°C upon receiving for at least 30 minutes. Avoid freezing to preserve texture.

Remove from fridge before serving. Best served at 10°C–12°C. Use a stainless steel knife for clean slices.

Cakes are temperature-sensitive — please transport by car only. Place on a level surface.

Keep air-conditioning on high and avoid sun exposure. For journeys over 1 hour, use a cooler bag with ice packs.

Note: We do not provide cooler bags, but all deliveries are packed with cooling measures.
