Description

Tiramisu Square Pie is made with a flaky golden square pie shell, layered with 54.5% chocolate ganache, smooth mascarpone cream, coffee-soaked ladyfinger, and another layer of mascarpone cream. It is finished with cocoa dust and one glossy chocolate coffee bean garnish.

This flavour is creamy, coffee-forward, lightly bitter, and elegant. The chocolate ganache adds depth, while the mascarpone cream keeps the texture smooth and balanced.
