Inspired by Dubai chocolate, this premium slice combines creamy chocolate burnt cheesecake with pistachio cream, roasted pistachios and a chocolate mochi topping filled with crispy pistachio kunafa.
The result is a layered combination of creamy cheesecake, rich chocolate, nutty pistachio, chewy mochi and delicate kunafa crunch.
Each slice is cut from a 6-inch whole cake into six equal portions.
