A bold savoury-sweet cheesecake created for customers who enjoy something beyond the usual dessert flavours.
Each slice features a dense and creamy burnt cheesecake layer, a smooth yam base and a rich salted egg centre, finished generously with fluffy golden chicken floss and seaweed seasoning. The flavours are creamy, savoury, lightly sweet and full of umami.
Each slice is cut from a 6-inch whole cake into six equal portions and individually wrapped for easy serving.
Storage
Keep refrigerated at 0–4°C. Best consumed within 3 days. Allow the slice to sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving for a softer, creamier texture.
