Our Yam 3Q Mooncake combines smooth yam paste with chewy mochi and a savoury salted egg–chicken floss centre. Muted-purple flaky pastry surrounds the filling, while black and white sesame seeds add a lightly toasted finish.
Every mooncake is handmade, so the flaky layers and shape will vary naturally from piece to piece.
Contains dairy, eggs, gluten and may contain traces of nuts.
Keep refrigerated at 0–4°C upon receiving for at least 30 minutes. Avoid freezing to preserve texture.
Remove from fridge before serving. Best served at 10°C–12°C. Use a stainless steel knife for clean slices.

Cakes are temperature-sensitive — please transport by car only. Place on a level surface.
Keep air-conditioning on high and avoid sun exposure. For journeys over 1 hour, use a cooler bag with ice packs.
