Crafted with roasted Japanese hojicha, this cheesecake slice has a warm, comforting aroma and a smooth, dense texture.
Hojicha gives the cheesecake mellow roasted notes with subtle hints of caramel and nuttiness. It is less bitter than matcha and ideal for customers who prefer sophisticated, less-sweet desserts.
Each slice is cut from a 6-inch whole cake into six equal portions.
